Who we are: [Club / team name and contact email - to be completed by the club].

What we collect: your name and email address from Apple, Google or Microsoft when you sign in; the display name you choose; your fundraiser entries, picks and numbers; and records of payments (amount, date, payment reference and method). We never receive your password, card or bank login details.

Why: to run club fundraisers you choose to enter (contract) and to keep financial records (legal obligation / legitimate interests).

Children: accounts are for adults (18+). Please do not create accounts for, or post personal details about, players.

Who we share with: your chosen sign-in provider (Apple, Google or Microsoft), which may process data outside the UK under its own safeguards. If you pay through Klubfunder, you give your details to Klubfunder directly under its own privacy notice. Bank transfers go directly to the club's bank account.

How long: [retention period - e.g. account data until deleted; payment records 6 years].

Your rights: you can delete your account at any time from the "Me" page, and contact us to access or correct your data. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
